Signature Surface Solutions installs flaked epoxy floors, concrete overlays, and high-wear urethane coatings across Southeast Louisiana. Proper prep, clean edges, durable topcoats, and a finish that lasts.
We do flaked epoxy, concrete overlays, and high-wear urethane coatings. Each system is installed right or not at all — proper surface prep is not optional.
Full-broadcast vinyl flake system with a high-build epoxy base and polyaspartic topcoat. Standard for garages, shops, and commercial spaces that need durability and a clean finish.
A skim-coat or micro-topping system applied over existing concrete to level, refresh, or resurface worn slabs. Ideal for patios, driveways, and interior floors where the slab is sound but the surface needs work.
Industrial-grade urethane topcoats for floors that take serious abuse — heavy equipment, chemical exposure, or high foot traffic. Harder and more chemically resistant than standard epoxy topcoats.
Required before any concrete overlay. Surface contamination, efflorescence, and old sealer residue must be removed before a new system will bond. We pressure wash all overlay jobs as part of the prep process — this step is not skipped.
Required before all epoxy and urethane systems. Acid etching is a shortcut that leads to delamination. We grind every slab to open the pores, remove weak surface layers, and ensure mechanical adhesion.
Polyurethane or epoxy injection for cracks and control joints before coating. Coatings do not bridge active cracks — they need to be addressed first.
UV-stable, fast-curing topcoat that outperforms standard epoxy clear on scratch resistance and gloss retention. Available on any flake or overlay system.
Shark grip or aluminum oxide broadcast into the topcoat for added traction. Common on shop floors, pool decks, and exterior slabs.
Inlay borders using a contrasting flake color for a custom, finished look. Same process — just tape work and a second blend.
Paint the bottom 4 feet of garage walls to match the floor. Customers who care about the floor usually care about the walls too.
A curved epoxy transition between the floor and wall. Clean, seamless look common in commercial spaces and high-end garages.
Most floor failures happen because the prep was lazy. We focus on the boring stuff that actually matters: diamond grinding, crack repair, moisture checks, and clean application — whether we are doing flaked epoxy, a concrete overlay, or a urethane topcoat.
Text us a few photos of your floor and we'll drop the color right on it using AI — so you can see exactly how each blend looks in your space before committing to anything.

Signature Surface Solutions is a locally owned epoxy flooring company serving Southeast Louisiana. We focus exclusively on floor coatings — no painting, no drywall, no side projects. Just prep, coat, and finish done right.
Every job gets diamond grinding, not the cheap acid-etch shortcut. We show up on time, keep the workspace clean, and don’t leave until you’ve walked the floor with us.
We stand behind every floor we coat. If adhesion fails or the topcoat peels due to a workmanship issue within 2 years of installation, we will return and make it right at no cost to you.
Our coating systems are designed to last 10–20 years with normal use. That lifespan starts with proper prep — which is exactly what we do on every job.
We’re a newer company and we’re proud of every job we’ve done so far. If you’ve had work done by us, your honest review helps the next homeowner make a confident decision.
